Inflammation: the silent killer

From a holistic perspective, anything that improves the immune, elimination and digestion systems, or reduces systemic inflammation is going to improve your chance of surviving cancer. My perspective is that we all should be doing everything in our power to reduce systemic inflammation. Systemic inflammation is THE KILLER. It's now being shown to be the culprit in every chronic disease from Diabetes, to many forms of cancer, atherosclerosis, all auto-immune diseases, all neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's, ALS, and Alzheimer's, and also skin and joint conditions. All that is every disease you don't want to get.


Reducing inflammation is like taking the splinter out. True healing requires taking the splinter out and you're going to be mostly masking symptoms and fighting an uphill battle until the inflammation is handled. So no matter whether you chose to go with conventional or alternative cancer treatments, or some combination of the two, your chances of surviving are going to improve when you knock down the inflammation.
